You each get your own quiet electric scooter and follow a local guide along the southeast coast and the Caracasbaai peninsula. Stop at Fort Beekenburg, the old Quarantine House, Tugboat Beach and Directors Bay, and hear the stories that bring each place to life. Never ridden a scooter? Everyone starts with a short briefing and practice before setting off, and guests keep mentioning how patient and fun the guides are. No engine noise, no fumes, no rental car to park. Cancellation policy
- Weather: If the weather makes the ride unsafe, it is moved to a new time. If no new time works, you get your money back.
Rules
- One pass covers two riders: Each of you rides your own scooter. Four of you? Book two passes.
- Who can ride: Drivers must be at least 14 years old and 1.55 m (5 ft) tall, up to 130 kg per scooter. Riders aged 14 to 17 ride with an adult. Anyone 18 or over brings a driving licence or ID.
Before you go
- What to wear: Comfortable clothes and closed shoes, sunscreen and sunglasses. Leave big bags at your hotel.
Getting there
- Four rides a day: 08:30, 10:30, 13:30 or 15:30. Each ride takes about an hour and a half. Arrive 15 minutes early for the briefing.
